4. Pricing

Gold prices may fluctuate based on market rates. Final price applicable at payment confirmation time.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through authorized and trusted third-party payment gateways. Gold4U is not responsible for gateway downtime, bank delays, or third-party failures.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

  • Use fake identity
  • Attempt fraud
  • Misuse offers
  • Hack or disrupt platform systems
  • Use services for unlawful activities

7. Limitation of Liability

Gold4U shall not be liable for indirect losses, market losses, technical interruptions, or payment gateway failures beyond reasonable control.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by laws of India. In case of any dispute, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter.

The rights and obligations of the parties under or arising out of the usage of this application shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the Act and the Rules and Regulations made or including other applicable laws of India for the time being in force.

Welcome to the Gold4U Partner Jeweller program. By partnering with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of our partnership.

1. Partnership Agreement

These terms govern the relationship between Gold4U and registered partner jewellers. As a partner, you act as a trusted point of contact for customer gold bookings, collections, and deliveries as per our mutually agreed terms.

2. Settlement and Payouts

All settlements for collections and making charges will be processed through verified bank accounts as per the standard settlement cycle outlined in your specific Partner Agreement.

3. Compliance and Purity Standards

You agree to adhere to all legal requirements, including KYC norms for large transactions. Any deviation from the agreed purity or quality standards will result in immediate termination of the partnership.

4. Confidentiality

You must maintain strict confidentiality regarding customer data, booking details, and platform proprietary information.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this partnership with a 30-day prior written notice. Upon termination, all pending settlements and customer orders must be fulfilled immediately.
